Converge is a two-part installation composed of 1123 modular
bricks.
Part one, Converge: The Permutations 1-9, is a top-down
system presented on the wall as 211 brick variations.
Part two, Converge: Critical Mass, is an interlocking and
partially emergent brick installation on the floor. The work
references the contemporary condition of interconnectivity,
the reliance on systems and the dualities found within these
ideas through the metaphor of the cityscape. |
